DJ Spotlight: DJ Encyclopedia Brown

Strawberry Jamz! Radio loves to show love.  Tonight we'll be showing love to DJ Encyclopedia Brown. For those of you who've been sleeping under a rock, DJ E. Brown is known in the city.  He describes himself as a "crowd pleaser" for giving the crowd what they want.

Although E. Brown doesn't mind suiting the crowd, he is known for playing a variety of hip-hop classics and keeping the energy up in any atmosphere.  He is the DJ for female MC, Psalm One and he also provides the music for Chicago's Rap Karaoke which is held once a month at various locations in the city.  With the mission of enriching and already rich and colorful music scene, Chicago's Original Rap Karaoke attracts a diverse crowd of hip-hop lovers and critics; rappers and regular people, so check it out. The next Rap Karaoke will be held on September 21 at Jerry's, 1938 W. Division.
