IHaveIssuesWednesday: Teach Them While They're Young

So I saw this video on World Star Hip Hop and all I could do was shake my head. It's not the fact that these two kids  are considered to be having fun but it is THE WAY they are. This is in a Dominican city and the two kids are seven.

Now I don't know if that's considered acceptable there, but here in America, they are damn near having sex!
What makes it worst is seeing the grown women in the background instigating and egging it on. Yes, in America we juke at basement parties, but its those same little girls who are grinding and being "grown" that are getting pregnant at 14 years old.

If we keep condoning adult behavior for children who haven't reach puberty, when they do reach it, they won't know how to handle their feelings when that first sex encounter happens. If you are going to let your five year old talk about "how they invented sex" or grind on a boy at a party, you might as well prepare them for that "birds & bees talk" too because that little birdie's going to have a little bump early if you don't.
