Strawberry Spotlight: Avrey Smith
Twenty One year old Noivak Music Recording Artist Avrey Smith is breaking into the the industry his own way and he's not apologizing for it. Avrey took 18 of your favorite club and radio hits and turned them into his own with his No Apologies Mixtape that will be released MIDNIGHT tonight!
Avrey covered songs such as "Single" by Lil Wayne and the club-rocking anthem "Show Out" by Roscoe Dash and spinned them in such a way that you might remove the originals off of your iPod."This mixtape just tells what people are really thinking. It's real," said Avrey.
Although the mixtape doesn't show off Avrey's musical ability, he added two bonus tracks just so the listeners could get an idea of the type of artist Avrey really is.
"This mixtape does not reflect me as an artist at all," he said. "It was just something I just played around with.
Show Out was my first cover, than I just kept going with it and made a mixtape".
The Aurora,Il native grew up in a musical house hold which was sure to bring him fame. There's no hype behind it. The guy can put on a show and the music is sure to bring the ladies.
Chicago's R&B Sensation has the voice of John Legend, the swag of Chris Brown, but tatted like Tyga.
His mixtape release party is something you DON'T want to miss. It's rumored to be LIVE performances by Chicago's own Hot 2Def, Miracle [another member of the Noivak team], Youngsta The 80s Baby, and many more!
